Baobab, the tree of life

Some baobabs have stood for centuries. Their seeds give a generous, comforting oil.

Adansonia digitata is the iconic baobab of the African savannah, with a thick, water-storing trunk that has earned it the name “tree of life.”

Its seeds are cold-pressed into a golden oil with a naturally rich feel, ideal for dry skin and thirsty hair.

A gentle way to use it

After bathing, apply your serum or lotion, then warm a few drops in your palms and press into damp skin as the final step to seal it in. On hair, try an oil bath (see our hair guide). Start with less than you think you need.
