Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders over $75 ship free. Smaller orders ship for a flat rate shown at checkout. Your shipping cost is always confirmed before you pay.

Orders are prepared after payment is received, and you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times depend on your address and the carrier.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@meroeritual.com with your order details and a photo, and we will make it right.

For hygiene reasons, opened botanical products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.

We use your information to process your order, send receipts and shipping updates, and, only if you subscribe, send our newsletter. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing us.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

Meroe Ritual products are cosmetic. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please patch-test before first use, avoid contact with the eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Frankincense oil must always be diluted in a carrier oil and never applied pure.
